Living out London’s luxury at K West Hotel & Spa

London is full of luxury hotels and so if you’re wanting to stay in the centre of London where shopping and lifestyle is on your doorstep then  K West Hotel & Spa is the one I would highly recommend for you.

Located in the West sides of London, this luxury 4 star hotel is perfect for weekend getaways with your family or loved one or business stays for ultimate comfort.
The hotel is trendy and has rooms to ensure perfect comfort and an enjoyable stay and holds a huge history to it being the former offices and recording studios of the fabulous BBC!

If your after great places to dine out and a shopping haven, then you will be in the best place as located an approximate 5 minute walk away from the hotel is Westfield London, the only place to shop till you drop with over 350 stores for choice, and enjoy some great food and drink or even catch a movie- either way, a great place to spend some hours.

The K West Hotel & Spa have a total of 219 guest rooms and are the most stunning and chic designed rooms I have seen. As far as keeping up such fabulousness, the rooms have some great amenities such as a smart tv,  hairdryers and complimentary WiFi to name a few. The room size for the most basic of rooms if you can even call them that are at an amazing 200 square foot plus, which is rare when you look at the vast majority of hotels in London. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are plush ensuring a great night’s sleep.

If you are after some “me time” then fear not as you don’t have to venture far at all as the hotel
This spa really was something else and made me feel I was elsewhere in the world. It really was a relaxation experience I shan’t be forgetting in a long while and the setting was simply perfect.

The hotel has some fabulous dining options should you be feeling a little peckish. The

If you are after something a little more fancy and sweet then do checkout their option of Retro Afternoon Tea which are also available at Studio Kitchen!

This stunning 4 star hotel is full of history as it was infact formerly BBC Kensington House Recording Studios. I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend this to families, locals to London and anyone wanting to relax in pure style and explore the delights of London. With it being approximately 15 minutes away by tube to London’s lovely Oxford Circus, there’s always something to do and should you be travelling on business or departing for a flight then know that London’s Heathrow Airport is only 30 minutes away.

The hotel is full of trendy interior and style to just be in awe of. The staff are extremely helpful, you are always greeted with a smile and they are forever wanting to ensure your stay is nothing but perfect. This hotel is certainly makes my top 5 of the best hotels in London and also very family friendly.

Dining delights of Mayfair - El Pirata

Mayfair is full of magic and sparkle indeed but when you come across hidden gems in the form of food and drink, that’s what makes London even more special. Set in the heart of Mayfair, but nestled in Down Street lies little Espana, a truly amazing Tapas restaurant called El Pirata.  This restaurant really does bring the taste of Spain to London and will leave your taste buds wanting more. El Pirata boasts a menu spanning more than 60 dishes ranging from meats, seafood, chicken to vegetables and there is something for all tastes. The portions are a generous size and are full of taste and succulent in all the right places. Whether you want to pop in for a light lunch, a romantic candle lit dinner, or want to have a drink with friends and family, you won’t be disappointed with what’s on offer. Their wine menu on its own has a collection of OVER 140 Spanish wines but non wine drinkers, don’t fret as there are also beers and soft drinks available.  The extensive bar...

The very best in BBQ, with love from Bodean's - Covent Garden, London

Barbecue food is slowly becoming the latest trend and hearing about the ultimate barbecue experience being Bodean's restaurant in London’s Covent Garden, I couldn’t wait to try it out and sample the delights on offer.  The Bodean’s Covent Garden is the newest of their 7 restaurants and the brand was founded in 2002 by Canadian restaurant entrepreneur Andre Blais. This is definitely a meat eaters paradise and a completely different dining experience to I literally feel walking into the restaurant that I am no longer in the UK and that I am in a buzzing Texan bar/restaurant. The restaurant is a style sophistication and definitely has a huge southern vibe to it. Aromas of the food catch you soon as you walk in and instantly have you wondering what’s on the menu.  Whether you like chicken, beef, pork or prawns; there is something here for you.  The menu is quite vast but at the same time each dish is very interesting and leaves you wondering what to actu...

The rise of the UK coffee culture

There is no denying that the rise in coffee culture is growing rapidly year by year. It seems like the sociable and “in” thing to do nowadays is to go and grab a coffee with a bunch of friends and catch up. I have also noticed more and more that coffee is becoming quite the perfect commodity on a social level where it’s being enjoyed by many individuals such as businessmen, university students right through to mums and housewives.   The best thing about it is that coffee manufacturers are now producing a higher quality coffee that can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home which makes it more enjoyable and more accessible and the best feeling to know that you can enjoy coffee shop style quality at home! There are many coffee brands out there but for me personally I feel that Nescafe are the leading coffee brand and are constantly striving to produce the best coffee for all occasions. There are the Nescafe Dolce Gusto pods which offer you coffee in many differen...
