Barbecue food is slowly becoming the latest trend and hearing about the ultimate barbecue experience being Bodean's restaurant in London’s Covent Garden, I couldn’t wait to try it out and sample the delights on offer.  The Bodean’s Covent Garden is the newest of their 7 restaurants and the brand was founded in 2002 by Canadian restaurant entrepreneur Andre Blais. This is definitely a meat eaters paradise and a completely different dining experience to I literally feel walking into the restaurant that I am no longer in the UK and that I am in a buzzing Texan bar/restaurant.   There is no denying that the rise in coffee culture is growing rapidly year by year. It seems like the sociable and “in” thing to do nowadays is to go and grab a coffee with a bunch of friends and catch up.
