Every inch the sunshine Goddess

Spring and then Summer time, my two favourite times of the year and with an apparent heat wave in tow, it’s definitely a reason to not waste any time and get yourself wardrobe ready and the BBQ dusted off and out!

With all luxuries aside, the most important thing to me within each day is a good nights sleep and sadly this is something I have struggled with...My pillows have either been too hard, too soft or just comfortable for a short time. I don’t tend to move around too much in my sleep but since having a baby I have struggled and so back pain for me in the issue. Barbecue food is slowly becoming the latest trend and hearing about the ultimate barbecue experience being Bodean's restaurant in London’s Covent Garden, I couldn’t wait to try it out and sample the delights on offer.  The Bodean’s Covent Garden is the newest of their 7 restaurants and the brand was founded in 2002 by Canadian restaurant entrepreneur Andre Blais.
