Spring and then Summer time, my two favourite times of the year and with an apparent heat wave in tow, it’s definitely a reason to not waste any time and get yourself wardrobe ready and the BBQ dusted off and out!  Charcoal BBQs are my favourite and I have always loved enhancing my food with various spices and adding some chillies is pretty much always a yes too! I came across a The Chilli Sauce Man box fabulous rubs and condiments company The Smokey Carter, an award winning UK company who produce a fabulous range of chilli jams, spice rubs, hot sauces and more. These have been a favourite for me and work perfectly against steaks, chicken and even some baby ribs! Their influences for such fabulous products span from the Caribbean, Mexico, Greece, USA and more. I have to say that I never thought anyone could reach the standard of Nando’s in terms of taste and spice, but trying out The Smokey Carter products has certainly put a smile on my face and they get a big high five f...
